Grandview Villas is a 48 unit residential condominium community in beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado. These units are a mix of full-time resident owners, part-time (vacation) resident owners, and resident renters. Garages are owned and maintained by the association, and each unit has exclusive use of one. Homeowner’s pay quarterly dues, which is used for property management and exterior building maintenance.
